Prepare the peas by rinsing them and cooking them in salted water for 35 minutes from boiling. Drain them and use them to prepare your favourite dishes! Our peas don't need to be soaked.

Pea soup
Ingredients for3/ 4 people:
half bag of dried peas (175g), 1 knob of butter, 1 onion, 1 carrot, 2 sliced leeks, 1 bunch of herbs, salt, pepper, 1 tsp chopped parsley, grated cheese, EVO oil.
Preparation:
Chop the onion, carrot, leek and herbs and brown them in butter. Add the peas, cover with cold water and bring to the boil. Cover and cook for about 30 minutes. Blend everything together and adjust the salt. Serve hot and garnish with parsley, pepper, grated cheese and a drizzle of oil.
