Prepare the Cannellini beans by leaving them to soak for 12 hours and, if possible, changing the water about every 3 hours. Drain them and cook them in salted water for 90 minutes after boiling. Once drained they are ready to be used in the preparation of delicious dishes!

Salad of Cannellini beans and tuna fish
Ingredients for 3/4 people:
half bag of Cannellini beans (175 g), 12 cherry tomatoes, 80g tuna, salt, EVO oil, a few leaves of fresh basil.
Preparation:
cook the beans, drain and leave to cool, then add the tuna and diced cherry tomatoes. Season with salt, oil and basil leaves.
