Taking charge of the order: your purchase is sent to our handling system and, after some automated checks, is ready to be taken in charge by our logistics team, which will prepare and pack it carefully.
Most orders are taken in charge within 1 working day after receipt, but in some cases and during busy periods (such as holidays) it may take 2-3 working days to complete the preparation.
