Sweet and delicate, broad beans are great for making a creamy soup! They are also ideal as a side dish for meat or fish dishes and for cooking delicious mashed potatoes, but we bet you've never thought of using them to enrich tasty pan-fried pizzas!Preparation and cooking
Prepare the broad beans by rinsing them and cooking them in salted water for 20 to 25 minutes after boiling. Drain them and use them to prepare your favourite dishes! Our shelled broad beans don't need to be soaked.

Mashed broad beans and chicory
Ingredients for 3 people:
1kg chicory, 250 g broad beans, EVO oil, 1 potato, 1 chilli pepper.
Preparation:
wash, clean and cut the chicory and cook it in a pan with oil and chilli pepper. When it wilts, add a little water and finish cooking. Cook the broad beans with a potato, oil and salt, stirring occasionally until they are pureed (using an immersion blender if necessary). Serve separately and with a drizzle of oil.
