Italian Farro (Spelt) is a low-calorie and more digestible cereal than wheat. It can replace rice in many dishes, be used to prepare delicious first courses or as a side dish. Prepare the spelt by rinsing it and cooking it in salted water for 20-25 minutes after boiling. Drain it before using it to prepare tasty recipes! Our spelt doesn't need to be soaked.
