Use
With a delicate taste, organic decorticated yellow lentils are a perfect ingredient for curries, side dishes, warm salads and creamy velvety soups. Preparation and cooking

Prepare the yellow lentils by rinsing them and cooking them in salted water for 15-20 minutes after boiling. Drain them and use them to prepare your favourite dishes! Our yellow lentils do not need to be soaked.

    Lentil and vegetable soup

    Ingredients for 3/ people:
    300g yellow lentils, 1.5L vegetable broth, 1/2 onion, 3 carrots, 300g potatoes, 200g pumpkin, 1 kale, salt, pepper, cumin, turmeric and paprika to taste.

    Preparation:
    stir-fry onion with oil in a saucepan and add paprika, cumin, turmeric and pepper. Stir everything together, add the chopped vegetables and let them season for a few minutes. Then add the lentils and cover with vegetable broth. Let cook with a lid on for at least 20 min, stirring occasionally and adding more broth if necessary. Five minutes from the end of cooking, add the kale and adjust the salt.
