Prepare the Red beans by leaving them to soak for 12 hours and, if possible, changing the water about every 3 hours. Drain them and cook them in salted water for 40 minutes after boiling. Once drained they are ready to use!

Tortillas with red beans and corn
Ingredients for 2 people:
2 corn tortillas, half bag of beans (175 g), 50 g precooked corn, 150 ml tomato sauce, onion, salt, chilli, EVO oil.
Preparation:
cook and drain the beans. In the meantime, brown the onion in a frying pan with oil and chilli pepper. Add the tomato sauce, salt, cooked beans and let it thicken, stirring occasionally. Remove from the heat, add the corn and fill the tortillas.
