Prepare the green lentils by rinsing them and cooking them in salted water for 20 minutes after boiling. Drain them and use them to prepare your favourite dishes! Our green lentils do not need to be soaked.

Lentil soup
Ingredients for 4 people:
alf bag of lentils (175g), 1 potato, 2 carrots, 1 golden onion, 4 tbsp tomato puree, 2 celery stalks with leaves, EVO oil, 1 clove, 1 bay leaf, salt and black pepper.
Preparation:
put the lentils in a saucepan with the washed and chopped vegetables, the tomato, the spices, the bay leaf and 2 tablespoons of oil. Cover with water, bring to the boil and add salt to taste. Cook for about 40 minutes, stir and cook until the soup thickens. Serve hot.
