Use
Bulgur is an ancient food (the first to use it were the Babylonians) and a good source of fibre, vitamins A and B, phosphorus and potassium. It can be seasoned with vegetable-based sauces or used like couscous. It is also suitable as a base for cold salads or as a side dish.Preparation and cooking
Prepare the bulgur by rinsing it and cooking it in salted water for 5 minutes after boiling. The water should be twice the weight of the bulgur being cooked (example: cook 100g bulgur in 200ml water). After cooking, leave it to rest with the lid on for about 5 minutes before using it in your recipes. Our bulgur does not need to be soaked.
