Bring about 24 fl. OZ (3 cups) of water to the boil. Heat a little oil in the pan, add the entire content of the packet and toast for 1 minute, then add the entire amount of boiling water and cook the Risotto for 15-17 minutes. When ready serve the risotto seasoned with a few drops of extra virgin olive oil.
