Use
Buckwheat is a cereal with extremely tasty grains and can be eaten as a substitute for pasta and rice, either in vegetable broth or boiled and seasoned as desired. It is also the only cereal that doesn't belong to the grass family and is suitable for coeliac sufferers as it is gluten-free.Preparation and cooking
Prepare the buckwheat by rinsing it and cooking it in salted water for 15 minutes after boiling. Drain it before using it to make tasty recipes! Our buckwheat does not need to be soaked.
