Use
Widely used in Japan, gomasio is an excellent alternative to salt. Its use reduces sodium intake, thus combating water retention and swelling. Widely used in macrobiotic and ayurvedic cooking, it has only recently become popular in the West. Try it in salads, on grilled meat and fish but also in soups and velvety soups. Also recommended for adding flavour to legumes, pasta, boiled or grilled vegetables.Ingredients
